Everyone want to be happy, so what is happiness? There are many levels of happiness and only you can determine your happiness level, Sometime you feel you could burst with joy. Even a small lottery make you happy. But in happiness you feel that there is still some room for improvement. A study discovered that happiness is not about money or fame, but your relationships with other people indicate your happiness level


"I want to be happy - What do I do ?" You need to develop happiness habits. Only a minor changes will be beneficial for your mood, health and relationships,


Each morning do some exercise, drink some water and eat healthy breakfast. Yes, by starting your day in a good day make you feel energetic and happy
Watch your words, your voice, your facial expressions, how you meet someone, they all have effect on your internal emotions. If you are happy everyone around you are happy, which again moves you a level up.
Everyone want to be liked. Give them feel that they really matter. So tell your partner, your mother, or someone that you are grateful for all that they do. This will light up their face. By telling someone that they made your day, will make their day too. Learn some new words. Start conversation by greeting, this will make you both happy, and this will also help you in business. Say them 'thank you' by giving smile. Making someone happy increases your level
